Snook has been referred to as the “fillet mignon” of inshore saltwater species. It has white meat and delicate in textured. The meat is white and flaky. By many, Snook is considered one of the best tasting fish. It is illegal to buy or sell Snook – Usually not attainable in in a restaurant.
