After spending all this time to setup and catch this fish, you might want to cook it up. The following sections are dedicated to the "Catch", the "Grub on the Side" and the ever so Sweet or Sour end. You will find the favorites of the staff and staff's friends. But we don't want it to end there, we want to know how you cook your favorites. Like all other sections within Ace Tackle, these are recipes we know are tried and true.

Your Catch

We believe there are more ways to enjoy your catch then there are fish to catch. Behind this page you will see nothing but good recipes for your fish. To make life a little easier, we have separated the recipes by catch. Two things to remember, first we all like different things, so what you don't like, someone else will love. Two, just because a recipe is listed under a certain fish, doesn't mean that it can't be used on many different kinds of fish.

What makes your catch better, grub on the side. These are placed in no order, but from time to time we will offer our and your recommendation on which catch works best.

The Sweet Stuff

Finish up your meal with something sweet or sour. In some circle of the world no meal is complete without Desert.
